Explore Integrated Reporting Portal
IRP (Integrated Reporting Portal) is a unique combination of reporting tools which allow you to easily find reports related to the activities of your Explore/BiLAN network.
The portal currently enables you to download the following types of reports:
- Reports on the Service Level Agreements?
- Reports on the network (network reporting)
- Reports on your Internet connection (Security Reporting)
These services can be obtained separately.
SLA Reporting
These reports give you an overview of the following SLA parameters:
- The availability of your network
- Your trouble tickets
- Repair lead times
Network Reporting
The network reports give you an overview of the traffic on your BiLAN network.
These reports comprise the following subcategories:
- Enhanced reporting: these detailed technical reports provide a breakdown of your network use per connection per day, month or year. They also indicate areas where network congestion may occur.
- Quality Of Service Reporting (if the QoS service is activated on your network): this report provides crucial information about application parameters such as delay, jitter and packet loss.
- Teleworking Reporting: in addition to a report on the bandwidth use of your fixed sites, you receive an overview of your teleworkers' bandwidth use. Thanks to the predictive system, you can predict when any temporary networkcapacity upgrades are necessary.
Security Reporting
These reports give you an overview of your Internet traffic.
- Secure Mail: Belgacom Secure Mail scans incoming emails for spam and viruses. You can also ask for statistics online.
- Firewall: This solution allows you to adapt the access rules concerning Internet traffic to your company's policies. The dedicated Firewall eService provides reports concerning the traffic which passes via your firewall.
