Do you have several mobile phones or a fleet? Business e-Services is a central access which allows you, as a professional customer, to manage your products and services and control your costs, free of charge, 24 hours a day.

 

Do you have more than 30 SIM cards in your mobile phone fleet? ProxiManage and ProxiHandset give you reports on the traffic of the past 15 months. With ProxiManage, you can analyze the calling behavior of your employees, while ProxiHandset enables you to effectively manage your company's Proximus mobile phones.

 

 

Adapt your current rate plan. In Business e-Services, you can also activate or deactivate complementary or additional services, such as Mobile Internet, Voicemail, MMS settings and international options. The Mobile Call Center is Web-based corporate application providing a range of services that are complementary to the functions of your PABX.

 

If you manage one or several SIM cards and want to keep an eye on your bills, you can receive a status report of your current account via Call Check-up.

 

Administration enables you to easily personalize your data in Business e-Services. For instance, you can add extra users, assign customer accounts, group customer accounts, etc.
